No man has the right to be an amateur in the
matter of physical training. It is a shame for
a man to grow old without seeing the beauty
and strength of which his body is capable.

As a physical therapist with nearly two decades of experience in the fields of physical rehabilitation, preventative medicine, athletic training, personal training, and wellness, I have observed a great need in our communities and globally for effective health education and intervention. Most people, independent of where they fall on the health spectrum (from healthy to sick), understand the value of exercise and its impact on health. My goal is to present a simple and approachable way to understand and address specific areas of the body. This approach includes topics of strength, balance, and endurance as well as appropriate yet generalized rehabilitative care and preventative measures to help optimize function and quality of life.

“But I discipline my body and keep

it under control, lest after preaching to others I myself

should be disqualified.” (1 Corinthians 9:27)
